FUNNEL+LADDER × CEP MINDSETDISCOVER → TRUST → CHOOSE

GET FOUND.
BUILD CONFIDENCE.
WIN MORE BOOKINGS.

An investment in CEP’s growth and credibility.

The goal is stronger organic visibility across Google and AI search, bringing more qualified visitors to CEP and reducing dependence on expensive paid traffic over time.

Credible reviews, stronger coach pages, and a professional presentation give those visitors clear reasons to choose CEP. Together, they aim to turn more of the people who already reach your website into enquiries and bookings.

Better conversion can also make your existing advertising more productive. Lower reliance on Google Ads is the goal, rather than a promise of a smaller ad bill.

ATTRACT

Reach more of the right people.

Help parents and athletes discover CEP organically when they search for the support your coaches provide.

EARN TRUST

Make your credibility visible.

Bring relevant client experiences, coaching expertise, and professional presentation together so visitors feel confident in CEP.

CONVERT

Give more visitors a reason to book.

Help people find the right coach and take the next step, aiming for more enquiries and bookings from your existing traffic.

FOUR COMPONENTS.
ONE WORKING SYSTEM.

Choose the individual components you need, or combine them into one connected system. Each section shows its standalone price in CAD, before applicable taxes. Combine two or more for package savings.

THE CONNECTED WORKFLOW

WORK TOGETHER.

Less copying, formatting, and chasing details. More relevant proof for visitors, with CEP in control of what goes live.

THE FOUNDATION UNDER BOTH PATHS

Full-site SEO + AI search optimization

Clearer page structure, accurate search information, and stronger internal links help people and search tools understand the pages these workflows feed.

BETTER LOOKS LIKE.

LOOK + FEEL

A design direction. Brought to life.

Bold typography. Focused photography. Clearer layouts. These examples show a look and feel we could bring into the agreed improvements, while building on CEP’s existing website.

Light CEP Mindset homepage concept with an athlete pushing a training sled beside the headline Train your mind. Elevate your game.

Light styling example: brighter surfaces, navy typography and cinematic photography. A reference for the agreed improvements, not a full-site redesign.

Each useful image gets a descriptive filename, clear alt text, and relevant page context. The examples below are implemented on this proposal.

The review examples pair published client quotes with illustrative sport scenes. The scenes do not depict the named reviewers. The words of each review remain readable page text.

PREPARE IN SEPTEMBER.
BUILD IN OCTOBER.

BY END OF NOVEMBER

Funnel+Ladder carries the delivery.

Ryan and Hussien coordinate the work. You get a short Friday update and clear requests when we need a decision.

Your team stays in control.

CEP agrees the design direction upfront and has final approval at acceptance, before the completed changes go live. Timing depends on access and timely feedback.

What we need from CEP, design approval & scope +

What we need

  • Website, staging, and review-platform access
  • Confirmed coach details and review permissions
  • Approved base photos and copy decisions
  • CEP-owned hosting and AI accounts

Outside this scope

  • Full redesign, rebuild, or theme change
  • Google Ads management and ongoing article writing
  • Research-led new pages, substantial rewrites, page mergers, or removals beyond the work explicitly listed in the selected components. These are scoped and priced separately after review of the recommendations.
  • Third-party subscriptions and usage fees

Design licence & final approval

  • Agree a style, then apply it consistently. Once CEP approves the overall direction and base materials, Funnel+Ladder has general design licence to make day-to-day styling and layout decisions within the agreed scope.
  • Preserve the substance and meaning. We will not materially change the website’s message or content. We may refine wording for SEO and AI search optimization without changing its meaning.
  • CEP has final approval at acceptance. The completed work is presented for CEP’s review and approval before it goes live.

Review imports depend on platform access and permissions; manual import is available where needed. Strategy and scorecard reporting stay within the separate F+L engagement. Additional work is agreed in writing.

INVEST IN GROWTH.
BUILD CREDIBILITY.

Each component supports the same commercial goal: help more of the right people discover CEP, trust your expertise, and feel ready to enquire or book.
